Notice is hereby given to those parties in interest that there will be a public hearing on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Police & Municipal Court Building at 305 Monroe Street in Clinton, Mississippi for the purpose of determining whether or not certain amendments shall be made to the zoning ordinance of Clinton, Mississippi.  A copy of the proposed amendments may be picked up at the office of Community Development located at 961 Hwy 80 E., Clinton, MS, or read online at clintonms.org

Amendment - Medical Cannabis

There will be a public meeting on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, beginning at 9:30 am and will be held at the Clinton Visitor Center. City officials and the City Storm Water Official will be available to talk to and answer questions from Clinton Residents regarding stormwater runoff issues, the topics of this meeting will be Sediment control, erosion control, and illicit discharge.  For more information please call Community Development at (601) 924-2256.

There will be a public meeting on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, beginning at 9:30 am and will be held at the Clinton Visitor Center. Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management Headquarters Recreation and Visitor Services
KIDS TOWNE PARK PATH

The City of Clinton plans to submit application to the Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management Headquarters Recreation and Visitor Services for construction of a recreational path to be located adjacent to Kids Towne Park in Clinton. The paved path will be approximately 3,500 feet in length and will further enhance the recreational opportunities available to the residents within the City of Clinton. Once this path is completed this park area will encompass the Kids Towne Park, the City of Clinton Dog Park and the newly completed Pickleball Courts.
