Have you started your broadband challenge? This is your weekly reminder that only locations with gray dots on the State Broadband Map (www.broadbandms.com/beadmap) can challenge their service!
Use the flowchart below to double-check whether you need to challenge.
For those who do need to Challenge – a link is available at the top of www.beam.ms.gov until September 2nd that will take you to the resident Challenge Portal.
A demonstration of the resident Challenge Portal is available on www.beam.ms.gov/bead.
