City of Clinton Honors Outstanding Public Servants at 2026 Appreciation Luncheon
The City of Clinton celebrated the dedication and service of its employees and first responders during the 2026 Public Service Appreciation Luncheon, hosted by the Clinton Chamber of Commerce on October 13.
The annual event recognizes individuals who go above and beyond in their commitment to serving the Clinton community. This year’s luncheon honored three outstanding public servants for their professionalism, leadership, and contributions to the city.
The 2026 award recipients include:
City Employee of the Year: Reginald Crump
Policeman of the Year: Sergeant Tommy Danna
Firefighter of the Year: Captain Ian Moore
Each recipient was recognized for demonstrating exceptional dedication to their responsibilities and a commitment to making Clinton a safer, stronger, and better place to live.
The City of Clinton extends its appreciation to the Clinton Chamber of Commerce for organizing the annual luncheon and recognizing the important work of local public servants. Special thanks also go to the local businesses that contributed gifts for the honorees and to Continental for generously providing each award recipient with a new set of tires.
While the luncheon highlighted the accomplishments of three exceptional individuals, the celebration also served as an opportunity to recognize the many city employees, police officers, and firefighters who work tirelessly to serve Clinton residents each day.
The City of Clinton congratulates this year’s award recipients and thanks all public servants for their continued dedication to the community.
