The City of Clinton has announced a Special Election scheduled for June 9, 2026, in which registered Clinton residents will vote on the renewal of the 2% Parks and Recreation Tax. The tax was first approved by voters in 2022 and is collected at local restaurants throughout the city, with every dollar dedicated exclusively to parks and recreation facilities and improvements.
