At the November 5, 2024, board meeting, Marlee Price, Director of Communications and Tourism, presented the Department Head Report. Price touched on several projects she has currently been working on, including the new “Work for Clinton” website landing page. She also highlighted her recent professional development trip to Scottsdale, Arizona for the Veneto Experience Lab. The immersive lab gave Price a new perspective on her role in communications and how she intends to inform and engage the community. Price also announced the date for the lighting of the city Christmas tree, which will be December 2, 2024, beginning at 6 pm in front of City Hall.

Lilly’s determination to achieve this rank is fueled by her desire to honor her grandfather’s legacy, and she plans to receive her Eagle Scout status on what would have been his birthday—a touching tribute to a man who inspired her from an early age.
