A Legacy of Giving: Clinton Lions Club Closes with One Final Act of Service
After decades of service, the Clinton Chapter of the Lions Club is closing its doors—but not without one final act of generosity. The club is going out the way it lived: by giving back to the community it loved.
This week, Clinton Parks & Recreation Director Courtney Nunn accepted a generous $10,000 donation from the Lions Club to support park equipment maintenance at Lions Club Park—a space that has served generations of families and will continue to do so thanks to their support.
Other beneficiaries of the Lions Club’s farewell contributions include the Mississippi College Endowment Scholarship and the Clinton Nature Center, ensuring that their impact will live on in education, nature, and community recreation.
🙏 Thank you to the Clinton Lions Club for your lasting commitment to service and your generous investment in Clinton’s future. Your legacy roars on.
