Water Service Interruption Notice Related to Billing System Transition
The City would like to make residents aware of an issue impacting some water customers following the recent transition to a new water billing system.
Beginning in October, customers were notified through their monthly water bills that the City would be moving to an updated billing platform in November. As part of this transition, all customers who were enrolled in autodraft under the previous system were required to create a new account in the updated system.
To complete this process, customers needed two new pieces of information:
• A new Account Number
• A new CID Number
For customers who did not establish their new account, autodraft payments have not been processing over the past few months. As a result, some accounts have become past due and may have experienced water service interruption.
If your water service has recently been cut off and you previously used autodraft, please contact our office immediately.

A customer service representative will provide your new Account Number and CID Number and assist you with setting up your account in the new billing system so service can be restored.
This issue applies only to customers who were enrolled in autodraft under the old billing system. Customers who pay manually or who have already established their new account are not affected.
